Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desiccant air conditioner using a regenerator of a heat source of 80°C or less, and supplying dry air of an ultra low dew-point temperature indoors.SOLUTION: Processing zones of first to third desiccant rotors having first to third coolers are communicated in series, the outside air is sucked from a first cooler side, and processed in the processing zones of the second desiccant rotor and the third desiccant rotor to supply the supply air of ultra low dew-point to an indoor side, a large amount of return air in the indoor side is returned to a downstream side of the processing zone of the first desiccant rotor at an upstream side of the processing zone of the second desiccant rotor, regenerating zones of the third to first desiccant rotors having the third to first coolers are communicated in series, an evaporator and a condenser of a heat pump circuit are combined in any of coolers and regenerators, each regenerator is heated at 80°C or less, a part of the supply air is supplied to the regenerating zones of the third regenerator and the third desiccant rotor, and the regenerated air is made to successively pass through the regenerating zones of the second desiccant rotor and the first desiccant rotor and discharged to the outside.
