Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for forming joints of lining concrete capable of forming a crack-inducing joint at an accurate position and depth by a cutting blade.SOLUTION: A device for forming joints of lining concrete is provided with an arcuate guide rail (20) separated from a secondary lining concrete surface (Fc2) at a prescribed distance, a joint cutting member (cutter blade 562) and a pair of guide rollers (572A, 572B), and a joint cutting device body (500) which can be moved along the guide rail (20), in an inner space of secondary lining concrete (C2). The joint cutting device body (500) is provided with a link mechanism connected with the pair of guide rollers (572A, 572B) and a rotation shaft of the joint cutting member (562) and a cylinder mechanism (540) for pushing the joint cutting member (562) into a first joint (Vc21).
