Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coal ash-mixed cement composition having high strength development, capable of utilizing coal ash furthermore effectively.SOLUTION: The coal ash-mixed cement composition contains following components (a), (b) and (c) by the following ratios, namely, (a) 35-70 mass% cements containing a ground product of cement clinker whose hydraulic modulus (H.M.) is 1.8-2.4, whose silica modulus (S.M.) is 1.3-5.0, and whose iron modulus (I.M.) is 0.5-3.0, and containing gypsum, (b) 30-50 mass% coal ash ground product whose Blaine specific surface area is ≥6,000 cm/g, and (c) ≤10 mass% limestone powder and/or ≤5 mass% clinker dust.
