Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an echo canceler evaluation device having a simple structure, capable of accurately and quickly evaluating an echo canceler.SOLUTION: An echo canceler evaluation device 8 comprises: a reception voice sound source 13 for generating a sound source to be inputted to a reception voice input terminal; a transmission voice sound source 15 for generating a sound source to be a transmission voice 17; a transmission voice speaker 1 for a speaker for making the amplified transmission voice louder; a reception voice speaker 5 for making the amplified reception voice louder; a microphone 2 for picking up the sound made to be louder by the transmission voice speaker 1 for a speaker and/or the reception voice speaker 5; a selector 10 for selecting either of an output signal from the microphone 2 or an output signal from a transmission voice output signal terminal; a level calculator (level calculating means) 9 for calculating a level of the output signal selected by the selector 10; display means 14 for displaying the level calculated by the level calculator 9; and control means 16 for controlling an entire operation of the echo canceler evaluation device 8.
