Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light strengthened in heat radiation and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The LED light which can directly replace a traditional tungsten, halogen, energy-saving bulb includes a light core having at least one LED device, a heat conductive insulation material which is filled in a hollow of a base, and one electrode which is in contact with the light core and the base mechanically. At the time of switching on of the LED device, the heat conductive insulation material works as a thermal passage and radiates heat by transmitting the thermal energy from the light core to the electrode. The LED light can be directly inserted into a bulb socket of generally available lighting fixtures, and it is not necessary to exchange the original lighting fixture system or to add an adapter. |
