Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which performs, with high efficiency, separation and dispersion between liquid and magnetic particles mixed and suspended in the liquid in a container.SOLUTION: In the assembly/dispersion apparatus of magnetic particles in the liquid, the magnetic particles are mixed and dispersed in the liquid in the container 1 which is constituted of one of a tube, a chip, a microplate and a PCR plate and magnetic means are moved to a predetermined position along the flank of the container via a moving means 20 to gather magnetic particles and to suck the liquid by using a suction means. The magnetic means is formed of a permanent magnet or an electromagnet and is constituted of a plurality of longitudinal iron cores 35 disposed at a predetermined interval on a table 37 along a container depth direction and coils 36 wound around the iron cores. The moving means is constituted of a selective magnetization exciting means 50 which has a controller C and a current generation part 41 for performing selective magnetization excitation of respective coils.
