PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna connecting device allowing a casing to be commonly used by selecting an optimum place for attaching the antenna connecting device, and eliminating a clip by simplifying connection, and having a rotation stop of the casing suitable for the place.SOLUTION: An antenna connecting device 10 is disposed on a ceiling side of a window frame for receiving a vehicular glass, and includes a casing 11 and an antenna connection board 30, and connects an antenna conductor of the vehicular glass and the antenna connection board 30. In an edge part of the window frame, screw fastening parts for fastening the casing 11 and locking holes for locking rotation of the casing 11 are disposed along one side of the window frame. The antenna connecting device 10 includes the antenna connection board 30 disposed at one end of the casing 11; a projected part 14 which is disposed on a side of the casing opposite the antenna connection board 30 and is fitted into the locking holes; and a casing middle part disposed between the antenna connection board 30 and the projected part 14 and fastened by the screw fastening part.
