Specifically, the organometallic complex has a structure represented by general formula (G1). In the general formula (G1): Ris a substituted/unsubstituted 1-4C alkyl group or a substituted/unsubstituted 6-10C aryl group; Ris hydrogen, a substituted/unsubstituted 1-4C alkyl group, or a substituted/unsubstituted phenyl group; Ris hydrogen or a substituted/unsubstituted 1-4C alkyl group; and Aris a substituted/unsubstituted 6-10C arylene group.
