Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound useful as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical preparation having PKC inhibitory activity, especially of a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting acute rejection in conducting transplant operations.SOLUTION: The present invention has been completed through such a process that: compounds having PKC inhibitory activity are studied; as a result, it has been confirmed that: a compound (or a salt thereof ) characterized by having a structure such as aralkyl on the 2-position amino group of 2,4-diaminopyrimidine and also having aminocyclohexylalkyl on the 4-position amino group thereof has excellent PKC inhibitory activity. The 2,4-diaminopyrimidine compound having the aminocyclohexyl alkyl group is usable as a PKC inhibitor, or an acute rejection inhibitor in conducting transplant operations. |
