PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for highly accurately evaluate structural properness of a candidate structure of an antigen antibody complex.SOLUTION: A device for evaluating a candidate structure of an antigen antibody complex comprises: a reaction speed information acquisition part 211 for obtaining at least one of an association rate constant and a dissociation rate constant between an antigen and an antibody; a structural interaction score acquisition part 212 for obtaining an electrostatic interaction score corresponding to intensity of electrostatic interaction between the antigen and the antibody in an antigen antibody complex candidate structure; and a total score calculation part 221 for calculating a complex evaluation score totally evaluating properness of the antigen antibody complex candidate structure by using the dissociation rate constant or the association rate constant and the electrostatic interaction score.
