Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid analyzer with the efficiency in immobilizing carriers improved by generating a gradient in a fine passage in the density of carriers with biomolecules as targets for analysis immobilized on the surface in advance, and by feeding a high density of carriers to the surface of a support substrate.SOLUTION: The nucleic acid analyzer incudes a substrate for immobilizing carriers, and a reaction chamber for forming a passage on the substrate. The nucleic acid analyzer has a structure to create a gradient in the density of carriers holding the target molecules for analysis in the fine passage by using the inertial force and electromagnetic force, etc. With this analyzer, the density of carriers on the surface of the substrate for the immobilization reaction of carriers is increased and a highly efficient immobilization reaction can be carried out. As a result, the time for the immobilization reaction and the amount of samples to be used can be reduced. |
