Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baffle which can form a plurality of distinct shapes or features, in order to reduce the number of separate baffles.SOLUTION: A baffle assembly 100 includes at least two baffles 104, 106, each having a rigid carrier 110, 112 and an expandable material 114, 116, which are linked by a connecting member 102 which allows each of baffles 104, 106 to pivot about the connecting member 102. The baffles 104, 106 each include attachment members 105, 107 configured to engage a first aperture and a second aperture, respectively, in a panel. A method of manufacturing a carrier for engaging the panel includes forming at least two of the baffles 104, 106, and forming the connecting member 102 between the baffles that allows each of the baffles 104, 106 to pivot about the connecting member.
