Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the whirling of the motor shaft without requiring a significant burden in a motor controller having a plurality of units.SOLUTION: Translation movement components αp, p and rotational movement components αr, r of shaft displacement detection values are determined from shaft displacement detection values α1, 1, α2, 2. A low-pass filter LPF1 extracts only the signal of DC component synchronized with the rotational frequency of the shaft for the translation movement components αp, p and rotational movement components αr, r. Period disturbance observers 50a, 50b estimate the disturbance based on the signal of DC component, and operate translation movement components αp, pand rotational movement components αr, rof a shaft displacement command value for suppressing the estimated disturbance. A shaft support control unit 20 calculates the shaft displacement command value of each motor based on the translation movement components αp, pand rotational movement components αr, rof a shaft displacement command value.
