Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite panel which prevents collapse of a heat insulation panel when the composite panel is attached to a framework of a building.SOLUTION: A composite panel 1 has an external wall panel 10 and a heat insulation panel 11. The heat insulation panel 11 includes a foldable upper insulation panel 31. When the upper insulation panel is folded, an upper region 10b of the rear face of the external wall panel 10 is exposed. When the upper insulation panel is placed back, the upper region 10b is covered. The rear face of the external panel 10 is provided with a lower bolt 20 and an upper bolt 21 for fixing to a framework A. The foldable upper insulation panel 31 is located at an upper level than the upper bolt 21.
