Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lamp which can be easily attached to a socket of a lighting system.SOLUTION: The LED lamp 10 includes a rotating part 40 for supporting a globe 20 in free rotation with an axis A crossing a screwing direction of a base 30 as a center, and a ratchet unit 50 for regulating a rotating direction around an axis B of the base 30 in only one direction. With this, even if a socket of a downlight is attached to a side face of a case, the base 30 can be screwed into the socket by bending the globe 20 to a given angle with a rotating part 40 as a basic point, and being swung toward right and left with the globe 20 as a cantilever, while avoiding interference with the case. Thus, the lamp can be easily attached to and detached from the socket.
