Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and an organic light-emitting display device in which RC delay can be suppressed by reducing the resistance of a driver signal line and improving the sealing function of a display portion.SOLUTION: A display device comprises a substrate 10, a display portion 20 formed on the substrate, a driver 30 including a plurality of signal lines and disposed outside the display portion, a composite member 51 including a resin matrix and a plurality of carbon fibers and fixed to the substrate by a bonding layer 41 surrounding the display portion and the driver, a sealing substrate 50 including a first metal film 52 and disposed on one surface of the composite member, a plurality of pad portions 34 disposed outside the bonding layer 41 and connected to the signal lines through an extension wire 33, and a plurality of second metal films 53 disposed on one surface of the composite member facing the pad portions and connected to the pad portions through a conductive bonding layer 42.
