Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management gateway device for using different document management systems by an unified interface, and for setting information to be displayed on a tablet terminal in a restricted and easily usable display configurations.SOLUTION: This document management gateway device is configured to receive request information from a tablet terminal 2, and to request the hierarchical information providing function of a document management system 3 specified based on processing content held by the request information, and to extract only display hierarchical information satisfying predetermined conditions from hierarchical information relating to the hierarchy accepted from the document management system 3 as the object of the request, and to make the tablet terminal 2 display the information in any of a plurality of common display configurations.
