Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce image degradation caused when a medium is conveyed from a transfer conveyance member to a belt-like conveyance member.SOLUTION: An image-forming device (U) comprises: a transfer member (T2b) that transfers a visible image of an image holding body (B) to a medium (S) passing through a transfer area (Q4); an endless belt-like transfer conveyance member (2) that is extended between the transfer member(2b) and a support member (1) and conveys the medium (S) to a downstream side in a manner holding it on the surface; an endless belt-like conveyance member (6c) that is arranged downstream of the transfer conveyance member (2) and conveys the medium (S) in a manner holding it on the surface; and an electricity removal member (13) that is arranged between the transfer conveyance member (2) and the belt-like conveyance member (6c) and removes electricity from the passing medium (S).
