Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress post-heating of a hot water supply heat exchanger by continued combustion of a pilot burner after combustion on a hot water supply main burner is stopped.SOLUTION: A pilot burner 38 for pilot flame is disposed between a hot water supply main burner 10 and a bath main burner 39, and the pilot flame of the pilot burner is used to ignite the main burners 10, 39. After combustion on the main burners 10, 39 is stopped, combustion of the pilot burner 38 continues until an extinguishing operation is carried out. A hot water supply heat exchanger 7 and a bath heat exchanger 40 are disposed at a given distance above the main burners 10, 39, respectively. A guide cover 17 is disposed at a given distance above the pilot burner 38 to prevent combustion gas of the pilot burner 38 from flowing toward the hot water supply heat exchanger 7 and to guide the gas obliquely upward toward the lower end side of the bath heat exchanger 40. The combustion gas is then discharged by the exhaust part of the bath heat exchanger 40, which prevents heating of the hot water supply heat exchanger 7 by the heat of the combustion gas of the pilot burner 38.
