Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of thick socks to be knitted using a thick knitting yarn.SOLUTION: In this pair of socks which includes a body part and an insertion opening, and is knitted with a B-type or K-type sock knitting machine of a cylinder diameter of ≥5 inches, the insertion opening is such that 1/16 count or 1/36 count wool acrylic mixed yarn, or 3-8 cotton yarns and a rubber yarn are knitted through 2-4 stitches sinker-overknitting by every 1 or 2 pile stitches, and the insertion opening is formed in a double structure, and in the outer layer of the double structure, a sinker-overknitting part is pulled by a rubber yarn and curved to extend to the outside, and in the inner layer of the double structure, a sinker-overknitting part is pulled by a rubber yarn and curved to extend to the inside so as to thickly form the insertion opening.
