Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control rotational speed and air quantity by suppressing the effect of noise of a drive IC on a hall element, resulting in precise operation of the hall element.SOLUTION: A blower control circuit which is provided to a blower that generates wind by rotating a blade includes an insulating layer 74 provided on a base stage, a first conductive member 72a provided on the insulating layer 74, a second conductive member 71a which is provided away from the first conductive member 72a, on the insulating layer 74, a drive IC 72 which is connected to the first conductive member 72a for controlling rotation of the blade, and a hall element 71 which is connected to the second conductive member 71a, for detecting rotation of the blade. The first conductive member 72a and the second conductive member 71a are connected to the ground, with the first conductive member 72a connected to the second conductive member 71a using a wire.
