PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily compose a program to be viewed by users.SOLUTION: A program composition device includes: a connection part for reading an information acquisition plug-in module, information processing plug-in modules, and a presentation plug-in module, which are to be used, based on a mash-up scenario, and connecting the modules via their respective input interfaces and output interfaces; a plug-in module drive part for successively driving a connected plug-in module group; an information acquisition part for acquiring information when the information acquisition plug-in module is driven; an information processing part for performing prescribed processing with respect to the information when the information processing plug-in modules are driven; an object solution part for determining a value of an object to be presented by a designated presentation scenario when the presentation plug-in module is driven; and a program output part for outputting the presentation scenario with the value of the object solved therein, as a program.
