PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure determination method and a failure determination device for a differential pressure sensor, capable of failure determination in the differential pressure sensor having two independent pressure sensors.SOLUTION: The failure determination device for a differential pressure sensor comprises: a first pressure sensor (31, 34) arranged at a first measurement point in a flow path where liquid flows; a second pressure sensor (32, 35) arranged at a second measurement point in the flow path; differential pressure calculation means (50) for calculating differential pressure output ( P) based on an output (P1) of the first pressure sensor and an output (P2) of the second pressure sensor; data storage means (44) for storing beforehand at least first determination data for determining normality or abnormality of the respective outputs of the first and second pressure sensors and the differential pressure output; and determination means (41) for comparing the outputs of the first and second pressure sensors and the differential pressure output with the first determination data and determining normality or abnormality of each pressure sensor.
