PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system controller for, even when an internal system error occurs, generating data for enabling a system to safely stop, and for transmitting the data to a connected device.SOLUTION: A control system controller 10 includes communication processing units 30 and 40, and a control processing unit 20. The communication processing units include; first transmission data memories 301 and 401; abnormality detection processing units 304 and 404; second transmission data memories 302 and 402; and transmission data generation processing units 306 and 406. When the abnormality detection processing unit detects the abnormality of the update of transmission data from the control processing unit of the first transmission data memory, the transmission data generation processing unit generates transmission data in the case of detecting abnormality based on the data stored in the second transmission data memory, and the communication processing unit transmits the transmission data in the case of detecting abnormality to a connected device. The transmission data in the case of detecting abnormality cause the revolution speed of a servo motor of a device for driving to gradually decrease.
