Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmonic wave component measuring device capable of measuring higher harmonic wave components of signals of plural systems by one device, the signals having different fundamental frequencies.SOLUTION: A higher harmonic wave component measuring device comprises: plural A/D converters 2 and 5 for converting plural analog input signals into digital data based on a sampling clock; plural zero-cross detectors 3 and 6 for detecting zero-crosses of the plural analog input signals; plural switchers 50 and 51 for outputting zero-cross signals for every system with a different fundamental frequency; plural interpolation timing generators 53 and 54 for obtaining fundamental frequencies of the analog input signals of the respective systems and generating respective interpolation timings of frequencies being integral times the fundamental frequencies; an interpolation processor 41 for obtaining a value in every system from the digital data at the interpolation timing of the system by performing an interpolation; and an FFT calculator 43 for calculating fundamental wave components and higher harmonic wave components of the analog input signals of the plural systems by performing an FFT calculation on the interpolated values of the digital data.
