PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic fender that secures convenience during conveyance by improving workability during folding and that improves durability by restraining damage from occurring during the folding and the conveyance, and a method for conveying the pneumatic fender.SOLUTION: At least one fold line 3 elongated in a longitudinal direction is formed on an outer surface of a body portion 2b of a pneumatic fender 1. After air is discharged from the pneumatic fender 1, mirror body portions 2a and 2a are positioned on the top surface 2b of the body portion 2b and crushed into a flat shape. Subsequently, the pneumatic fender 1 is folded to the top surface side in such a manner that the fold line 3 serves as a boundary, and loaded into a container in a folded state so as to be conveyed.
