Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having low VOC, which is a composition comprising a soft polyol and a polyisocyanate composition of isocyanurate of one or more kinds of bis(isocyanatomethyl)cyclohexane.SOLUTION: The two-component polyurethane compositions comprises, as one component, polyisocyanate compositions of the isocyanurate of bis(isocyanatomethyl)cyclohexane or, preferably, a mixture of two or more kinds of these, and of the isocyanurate (HDI trimer) of hexamethylene diisocyanate, and, as the other component, a mixture of a soft polyol having a hydroxyl functional value of 2.5-5.0 and a molecular weight of 500-3,000, and a hard polyol.
