PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide system capable of transmitting a guide message by voice at a more suitable timing even when a necessary time differs according to the kind of provided service.SOLUTION: A guide system includes: input means through which a user inputs reception terminal connection information, a kind of desired service, and a guidance condition that specifies a timing condition needed to be notified; guidance information storage means that stores the reception terminal connection information and the guidance condition; communication means that calls a specified reception terminal device to perform communication; and guidance control means that estimates a necessary time according to the kind of service, monitors a timing that a specified guidance condition satisfies based on at least one of progress of the service and elapse of time, and when the timing comes, converts a guidance message into a voice signal to transmit it to the reception terminal device. Accordingly, a user can surely grasp the arrival of the timing by the voice signal.
