Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode plate for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having excellent I/O characteristics, and to provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery using the electrode plate for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery as a positive electrode plate and/or a negative electrode plate, and a battery pack.SOLUTION: In the electrode plate for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a collector, and an electrode active material layer formed on the surface of the collector at least partially, active material particles and metal oxide particles not showing lithium ion insertion/elimination reaction are contained, as binding material particles, in the electrode active material layer. Average particle diameter of the metal oxide is set smaller than that of the active material particles.
