Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a lenticular lens sheet, capable of producing a lenticular lens sheet having excellent hot offset resistance and maintaining sufficient adhesion strength of a lens layer to a light-transmitting substrate.SOLUTION: An apparatus 100 for producing a lenticular lens sheet includes a transparent toner layer forming unit 10 and a lens forming unit 5. The transparent toner layer forming unit 10 includes: a photoreceptor drum 11; a charging unit 12 and an exposing unit 13 for forming an electrostatic latent image on the photoreceptor drum 11; a developing unit 14 for forming a transparent toner image; a transfer unit 2 for transferring the transparent toner image onto one surface of a light-transmitting substrate; and a fixing unit 4 for forming a transparent toner layer on one surface of the light-transmitting substrate by heating and fixing the transparent toner image transferred to one surface of the light-transmitting substrate. The lens forming unit 5 forms a lens layer having a concavo-convex pattern on one surface of the light-transmitting substrate by pressurizing the transparent toner layer formed on one surface of the light-transmitting substrate while heating.
