Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the production cost of an aluminum alloy cold-rolled sheet which is a stock material of a bottle can and to suppress the variation of an earing ratio in the sheet width direction.SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy cold-rolled sheet for the bottle can comprises a specific composition and has reduced number of dispersed particles with a center gravity diameter of less than 1 μm represented as α-phase in a sheet structure. Present ratio of -phase being Al(Fe, Mn) based metallic compound to α-phase being Al-Fe-Mn-Si based metallic compound is controlled to 0.50 or more when expressed by a ratio H/Hof the maximum height Hof X-ray diffraction peak to the maximum height Hof X-ray diffraction peak. The recrystallization ratio in the width direction of hot-rolled sheet is made homogeneous and the variation of the earing ratio in the sheet width direction is reduced.
