Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve motor assist gear shift performance with regard to a hybrid vehicle control device.SOLUTION: An integrated controller 20 provides a limit to the MG torque which can be used for rotation speed control of a motor generator MG, with a torque limiting value Tlimit. The torque limiting value Tlimit is set, when a second clutch CL 2 is locked, to a first limit value T1, and when the second clutch CL 2 is in a slip condition, to an addition value of the second limit value T2 and the first limit value T1 which is a correction torque required for rotation change.
