Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when a plurality of electric storage blocks comprising different numbers of electric storage elements are used as a power supply of a circuit, an operation of the circuit causes voltages of the electric storage elements to vary.SOLUTION: An electric storage device (20) includes: a first electric storage block (B1) in which a plurality of electric storage elements are electrically connected in series; and a second electric storage block (B2) in which electric storage elements smaller in number than that in the first electric storage block (B1) are electrically connected in series. A first circuit (51) is connected to the first electric storage block (B1), and receives electric power from the first electric storage block (B1) to operate. A second circuit (52) is connected to the second electric storage block (B2), and receives electric power from the second electric storage block (B2) to operate. A controller (60) operates each of the first circuit (51) and the second circuit (52) at a fixed time interval. The controller (60) operates the first circuit (51) and the second circuit (52) in the state where operating frequency of the second circuit (52) per predetermined time is set smaller than that of the first circuit (51) per predetermined time.
