PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized vibratory device capable of simplifying the attachment structure of a dustproof member and an excitation member and generating a desired vibration waveform in the dustproof member even when the attachment structure is simplified.SOLUTION: A dustproof filter 119 as the dustproof member arranged on the front surface of an image forming unit holding a CCD 117 is configured into a box shape including a planar image forming light beam passing area in a polygonal shape where light to the CCD is transmitted, and a plurality of foot parts 119b inclined at a prescribed angle and extended in a direction where the image forming unit is positioned from the vicinity of all the sides of the image forming light beam passing area. The image forming light beam passing area and the foot parts are formed using the same material. A piezoelectric element 120 as the excitation member is fixed to at least one foot part. The dustproof filter 119 is held by the elastic force of a frame-like seal member 150 arranged so as to seal between a holder 146 as a support member for supporting the foot part and a holding member 152 and the foot part.
