Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor that permits login from an external device if certain conditions are satisfied even when a user forgets a user ID in logging in from the external device.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 104 comprises: an authentication information input part 217 for inputting authentication information when a user logs in; a network I/F 206 for transmitting the authentication information, which is input from the authentication information input part 217, to a management server 102 connected to a network and receiving an authentication result from the management server 102; and a login determination part 211 for determining whether to permit the login from a terminal 100 that is an external device connected to the network. The login determination part 211 permits the login from the terminal 100 if the authentication result received from the management server 102 is success and includes authentication information of the terminal 100.
