Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to quickly evacuate by supporting selection of detours according to the disaster situation.SOLUTION: An evacuation map display device 4 comprises: position measurement means 70 for periodically measuring the current position of the evacuation map display device 4; registration means 40 for receiving road information on road closures or disaster information so as to register them in storage means 10 and 20, respectively; determination means 40 for determining whether or not there is a place closed to traffic by comparing the road information or disaster information registered in the storage means 10 and 20 with the current time; generating means 40 for obtaining map information including the current position and closed places from map information storage means 30 when there is any closed place, and then generating an evacuation map in which the current position and the closed places are set on the map information; and display means 50 for displaying the evacuation map.
