Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blended fuel which is excellent in combustibility, is inexpensive, and can significantly reduce the amounts of emission gases and the like; and to provide a method for producing the blended fuel.SOLUTION: The blended fuel is prepared by performing a cavitation action and the like on water at a needed radiation frequency and radiant intensity and an intense amplitude to make ionized water, further generating a capillary wave at a needed radiation frequency and radiant intensity for the ionized water to make ionized mist, and mixing a fossil fuel or a liquefied gas fuel with the ionized mist at 20-45% by volume.
