Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove linear characteristics appearing on the high brightness side of a logarithmic characteristic part.SOLUTION: At time t7, a sample and hold element 411 obtains the differential value of an output signal Y2 and an output signal Y1 as a first signal component sig_(A+B) (first acquisition processing). At time t11, the sample and hold element 411 obtains the differential value of an output signal Y3 and an output signal Y2 as a second surplus linear component sig_C (estimation processing). The sample and hold element 411 multiplies the second surplus linear component sig_C by the ratio (=T1/T2) of a first transfer waiting period T1 to a second transfer waiting period T2 and estimates a first surplus linear component sig_B (sig_B=(T1/T2)×sig_C). The sample and hold element 411 generates a final signal component sig_A by removing the first surplus linear component sig_B from the first signal component sig_(A+B). |
