Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a toner block for preventing scattering of toner.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a toner block includes the following steps of: preparing a toner suspension obtained by dispersing spherical toner into water of 32.5 to 37 mass%; preparing an aggregation of the spherical toner containing water of 32.3 mass% or less by allowing water in the toner suspension to be absorbed into an absorbent body that absorbs 0.2 ml of water within 3 minutes; and drying the aggregation to obtain a toner block with aggregated spherical toner.
