Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of fume and a burned odor even when a cooked object which exudes oil by heating and a cooked object generating food dregs upon placing are cooked and to efficiently apply heat to a lower side of the cooked object.SOLUTION: An upper heating means 8 is disposed on an upper part of a freely attachable and detachable placing plate 6 in a cooking chamber 2, an IR heating means 9 generating an IR is disposed outside a placing plate area of the cooking chamber, a reflection part 10 reflecting the IR generated by the IR heating means toward the placing plate area side is formed in the periphery of the IR heating means and a freely attachable and detachable lower side reflecting member 11 is provided in the cooking chamber. When the cooking object 5 placed on the placing plate is heated and cooked from both upper and lower directions by the upper heating means and the IR generated by the IR heating means, the IR directly radiated from the IR heating means and the IR reflected by the reflection part are reflected toward the lower surface of the placing plate by the reflection member. |
