Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator which can ensure efficient wiring work, stabilization of quality, and simplification of the wiring structure in the wiring of a lead wire for a piezoelectric element, and to provide a wiring method of a lead wire.SOLUTION: In the actuator, a lead wire 4 is connected to a piezoelectric element 1, and the piezoelectric element 1 vibrates in a predetermined direction with a voltage applied via the lead wire 4. The lead wire 4 is connected to the piezoelectric element 1 while keeping the linear state, as it is, in the direction perpendicular to the vibrating direction (a) of the piezoelectric element 1. A frame 2 having each openings 7 and an FPC are arranged below the piezoelectric element 1, and the lead wire 4 is inserted from below the piezoelectric element 1 through the openings 7 and soldered to the piezoelectric element 1 at the openings of the FPC.
