Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder coating for a cast iron pipe improved in both a pinhole property and a leveling property (surface smoothness), and excellent in corrosion resistance and adhesion even with a temperature difference, and to provide the cast iron pipe.SOLUTION: The powder coating contains an epoxy resin (A), a curing agent (B), and a filler (C), wherein the filler (C) contains a Cirrus balloon (C1) which is porous and spheroidal as an essential component, and contains one or more of other fillers (C2) selected from barium sulfate, talc, calcium carbonate, barium carbonate, silica, titanium oxide, alumina, and mica. The cast iron pipe is also provided with the powder coating for the cast iron pipe applied on an inner surface thereof. |
