Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygienic mask which keeps an anti-virus activity such as an anti-influenza virus activity for a long time and also easily takes in viruses attached to the front surface to an inner part.SOLUTION: In the hygienic mask, an anti-virus agent such as a micro grain type anti-influenza virus agent for generating a hydroxy radical is stuck by an adhesive agent component such as polyvinyl alcohol to a fiber foundation used in a part of a passage of respiration in a mask body. A surfactant is added to the anti-virus agent together with a 5-18C fatty acid. It is favorable to use powdery stearic acid, liquid caprylic acid, liquid valeric acid, or liquid caproic acid as the fatty acid. It is favorable to use acetylene glycol, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol, or a sodium alkylsulfosuccinate as the surfactant. A nonwoven fabric is used as the fiber foundation.
