Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a change of specific volume resistance with lapse of time when voltage is applied to a roll member.SOLUTION: A contact layer 720 is formed by shaping a rubber material 721 including a plurality of cells 722 of foamed gas therein cylindrical. The contact layer 720 is a layer with volume that is reduced from a center of a cylinder to an outer side. A ratio of volume of the cells 722 per unit volume of the rubber material 721 is reduced from the center of the cylinder to the outer side. That is, in the contact layer 720, a thickness of the rubber material 721 sandwiched by the cells 722 becomes greater toward a surface 720a. |
