Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poison bait for pest control, in which insecticidal ingredients do not exert a repelling effect on pests as the objects for control, and which has higher attractiveness and has satisfactory insecticidal performance.SOLUTION: The poison bait for pest control is constituted in such a manner that the outside of a solid-shaped base material containing feed for pests as the objects for control has an insecticide layer, and the surface has an attractive coating layer for pests as the objects for control. It is possible that the insecticide layer is made of two or more layers, and the respective insecticide layers contain different insecticidal ingredients. Since the insecticidal ingredients do not exert a repelling effect on pests as the objects for control, the poison bait for pest control has extremely high attractiveness, and has excellent feeding properties, thus has satisfactory insecticidal performance.
