Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a sufficient bonding strength between a wiring member and a piezoelectric column cannot be ensured because a sufficient heating amount cannot be obtained during laser bonding to cause damage to the wiring member due to heating unevenness.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator comprises: a piezoelectric member 12 having a plurality of piezoelectric columns 12A formed therein; a base member 13 having the piezoelectric member 12 fixed thereto; and an FPC 15 on which a wiring pattern 31 for transmitting driving signals to the piezoelectric columns 12A of the piezoelectric member 12 is formed. A bonding electrode pattern 33 corresponding to a joint between the base member 13 and the FPC 15 is provided in the FPC 15. The FPC 15 is bonded and fixed to a wall surface 13a of the base member 13 with a hot-melt adhesive 35.
