PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide pole for uniformly emitting light beams, and an LED lamp applying the light guide pole.SOLUTION: The light guide pole for uniformly emitting light beams includes a light-incident cone pole, and is provided with an incident surface on an upper surface of the light-incident cone pole, with an end of a translucent cylinder or a bottom surface of a light emission polyhedral cone pole connected with the bottom surface. The other end of the translucent cylinder is connected with a light emission sphere, the sphere is provided with a cone-shaped concave hole, and a cone angle of the cone-shaped concave hole faces to the incident surface. The light beams go into the light guide pole from the incident surface, then, is emitted uniformly from the light emission sphere or a plurality of cone surfaces of the light emission polyhedral cone pole. With this, uniform light irradiation is generated.
