A transfer control unit 1a2 controls transfer of data stored in the storage unit 1a3 to a storage unit 1a4 on the basis of the control information generated by the control information generating unit 1a1 when the supply of electric power to the controller is interrupted. The storage unit 1a3 stores data stored by a storage medium 1b. The storage unit 1a4 stores data stored by the storage unit 1a3 when the supply of electric power to the controller 1a is interrupted.
