Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make particles of a filler in piping fine, by making the filler in the piping pass through the atmosphere of an electric field and a magnetic field, and thereby, to reduce a load on a compressor to reduce an electricity use amount.SOLUTION: In an energy-saving fluid accelerator, an electric field generating sheet is wound around a pipe of the piping for air conditioning, an electrode is attached to the center of the electric field generating sheet, one pole of an electric wire of a high-voltage generator is set on the electrode, an electric field and a magnetic field are generated and the particles of the filler in the piping are made fine, and thereby reducing the load on the compressor to reduce the electricity use amount.
