Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel laminate capable of obtaining sufficient welding strength in the laminate having a structure formed by laminating a thermosetting resin layer and a thermoplastic resin layer.SOLUTION: The laminate includes a structure formed by laminating one or more layers of each of: the thermosetting resin layer (layer A) including a thermosetting resin complex A as a main component containing carbon fibers; and the thermoplastic resin layer (layer B) containing a thermoplastic resin B as a main component, and one or more kinds of components C selected from among (a) phenoxy resin, (b) glycidyl ether epoxy resin, and (c) an arylamine antioxidant. The laminate further includes a coated layer (layer E) on an end face on the side where the carbon fibers are exposed.
